Cause 1: The Disk Drive is Stuck in the Open Position
Follow the steps listed below to troubleshoot this error:
First, check the power button:
Remove any disc from the tray and press the eject button of the console.
If the disc closes, press the eject button again to reopen it.
Insert the disc you want to play, and try to open and close the tray
Things to do: Make sure that the disc you use is not dirty, scratched or sticky. If
there is a label on the disc, make sure it is not causing problems in closing and opening the disc
